SV59, Inc. d/b/a 99 CENTS OUTLET has leased 8,000 square foot free standing building at 150 Spring Valley Marketplace, Spring Valley, NY which was formerly Pier 1 Imports. Their company has been operating in the neighborhood for 12 years with a store located in Hillcrest, New York. Estimated opening date for this new site is targeted for the end of January 2021. They sell a range of many different categories ranging from party supplies, arts and crafts, health and beauty aids, hardware, baby products, houseware in addition to great liquidation items and closeouts to offer their customers.
